SHIPPING

For paint and rug only orders, shipping is free for UK and Ireland.

For Northern Ireland delivery will cost £5.95 for items totalling less than 30kg in weight.

Delivery to ROI customers will be charged at £7.95 up to 30kg also.

Delivery to UK mainland will cost £9.95 for all items up to 10kg. Over 10kg delivery will cost £18.95, for larger items than this please contact sales@ellehome.co.uk for a price.

For larger, heavier or more fragile items please email us sales@ellehome.co.uk for a quote in advance. An additional charge is required to ensure your items reach you as how they left us. 

Garden Furniture Delivery is £50 for delivery.

We operate a UK Standard Delivery where we aim to deliver your goods within 5-7 working days.  We make no guarantees on delivery times especially in busy periods such as sales and the month of December. If you order multiple items please note these may need to be dispatched separately and you may receive these at different times. If this will result in any delay will we notify you. 

For larger items delivery may take longer, we will notify you if this is the case. Where possible, items are dispatched on a standard delivery charge but for heavier and more fragile items specialist couriers with additional insurance may be used. An additional charge is required to ensure your items reach you as how they left us. 

RETURNS

We are sorry to hear your item is not suitable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (box and inner packaging). 

To start a return,
you can contact us at sales@ellehome.co.uk. Our team will answer queries Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. If your return is accepted, we will advise you of address to return your item to. You must include order form and package well to avoid damage. Failure to do so may mean we are unable to refund you. You are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using an insured and registered delivery and you'll also need to keep proof of postage. We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged returns. We do not offer returns on sale items. 

We are unable to accept returns on paint which is mixed to order specifically for you.

We are very sorry to hear you have had a problem with your order. If your item is damaged or you receive the wrong item, please attach photos and email us within 24 hours of receipt.  We will only accept faulty items that have been unused; used items used cannot be returned. Once your email is recieved we will try to resolve the issue.

Once returns are received they will be inspected and we will notify you by email if they are approved or rejected. If your return is approved, your refund will be processedand credit will be applied within 3-5days to your original payment method. If your refund is not received please check with your bank in the first instance, then check with credit card company if applicable as sometimes it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you have done these steps and still not received your refund please contact us at sales@ellehome.co.uk. 

We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for your refund to return to your card. 

Transactions made via Paypal incur charges including through returning items. We cannot refund any charges levied by Paypal on returned items. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
